What Is End Life Drug?

I’m not sure what you refer to as the “End-Life Drug.” However, in end-of-life care, there are medications that may be used to manage symptoms and provide comfort to patients who are approaching the end of life.

One example of a medication that may be used in end-of-life care is morphine. Morphine is an opioid medication commonly used to manage pain and shortness of breath in patients with advanced illness or at the end of life. Other medications used in end-of-life care include sedatives to relieve anxiety and promote relaxation, anti-nausea medications, and medications to manage other symptoms such as delirium or agitation.

It is important to note that the use of medications in end-of-life care is focused on providing comfort and symptom management rather than on prolonging life. The goal of end-of-life care is to help patients live as comfortably and fully as possible in their final days and to support their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
