To Enjoy Life

For our elderly loved ones to enjoy life at 65 and beyond, they should follow life with the motto, “Move more, Sit Less.” What can our elderly loved ones do? Here are some of them:

– Moderate-intensity aerobic activities like brisk walking for 150 minutes a week.

– Vigorous-intensity aerobic activities like jogging for 75 minutes or more a week

– Muscle-strengthening activities two days or more muscle training on the legs, hips, back, abdomen, shoulders, and arms.

– Balance activities like standing on one leg, walking backward, and back leg raises, among others.
