Progressive's Home Health Care is delivered by professional nurses (RN/LPN) under physicians order. The individualized care plan targets the needs of each client with strong emphasis in positive outcomes and goals. These services can be needed following a hospitalization or when dealing with any acute or chronic illness that requires ongoing monitoring by a professional.

Cardiac Care Program
