Through our convenient referral process, one call will connect you to our Home Health & Hospice Intake staff. We will coordinate all services including pre-certification for insurance, home medical equipment, medical supplies, IV supplies, etc. Most cases are opened within 24 hours but we can open within hours if requested. We accept Medicare & Medicaid, Champus, BC/BS, Self Pay, Self direct and Private Insurance & Medicaid State Waivers.
